Terms of Service

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Guestbooklet ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our digital guidebook services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Guestbooklet is a digital guidebook SaaS platform designed specifically for rental property hosts, vacation homes, villas, and boutique accommodations. The platform enables hosts to build, customize, and share interactive digital guidebooks with their guests via a dedicated web link or QR code (including check-in/out instructions, WiFi credentials, house rules, amenities, and local recommendations).

3. Host Registration and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the signup process.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing Cycles

Starter Plan (Free): Allows managing 1 active property free of charge. This plan automatically renews on a 365-day cycle with no hidden fees for as long as we offer the tier.

Paid Plans (Pro, Agency): Pro supports 2 to 10 properties, while Agency supports up to 30 properties, with enhanced features. Paid plans operate on annual 365-day cycles. At the end of each active cycle, account renewal is pending until subscription payment is validated by administration.

Guestbooklet reserves the right to modify pricing tiers upon prior notice before the commencement of a new billing term.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain full ownership of all texts, photos, logos, and materials you upload to your property guidebooks. However, you warrant that:

  • You hold the legal right and permissions to upload and distribute the content and imagery.
  • Your content does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful material.
  • The property guidance provided to guests (e.g. access codes, emergency numbers, rules) is accurate and kept up to date.

6. Relationship with Guests

Guestbooklet is strictly an information delivery software tool. We are not a party to any rental, lease, or hospitality transaction between hosts and their guests. We accept no liability for property damage, guest conduct, utility failures, or disputes arising between hosts and guests.

7. Service Availability and Termination

While we strive for 24/7 uptime and high platform resilience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in abusive or harmful practices.
